How do I place an order?

When will my letter/cd arrive?
If you order before November 30th 2009, your letter/CD will be sent out early in December. If you order after this date, we will ensure that your letter/CD arrives before Christmas Eve. Each letter and cd is personalized so they take a little time to make, but we aim to post out each letter/cd within a week of your order.
Will my letter/cd definitely arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order before our last postage dates, your letter/CD will most definitely arrive before Christmas. If by any chance your letter/CD has not arrived a week before Christmas please contact us and we will send out a replacement immediately.
I have two children, will they both get the same letter?
No, each letter will be completely different, to add to the magic. Our letters are highly personalised - it wouldn't be any fun if everybody got the same letter.
Are santa letters just for kids?
Most definitely not! Santa sends letters to everyone, from newborn babies to grandmas and grandads and everybody inbetween.
When are your last order dates?
We can accept orders for letters to be delivered in the UK up until December 16th 2009. For the rest of the world please order before 6th December 2009 to ensure delivery before Christmas Eve.
Can a santa letter or cd be sent to an address outside of the uk?
Yes, we send our special letters to anywhere in the world, but please check our last order dates to avoid any disappointment.
How much is the postage?
Postage to anywhere in the world is completely free.
Can I change any details once I've ordered my letter/cd?
Yes you can, but we normally start to make the letter/cd within two days so please email us with any changes as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Switch Solo, JCB and Delta. We use PayPal to process your payments.
Is your order system secure?
Yes absolutely. We use Paypal to process your credit/debit card payments. Your card details are not seen or stored by us. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to make a payment.
Is my personal information given out, shared or sold?
Absolutely not! Your personal information is only used to write the letter, Santa would definitely not pass it on to anyone else.
